I love collecting wild mushrooms. I’m not as good as I used to be at identifying the edible ones, but I can still get a basket-full now and then. Sadly it’s not the season for mushrooms here in the Hudson Valley. These guys came from a Korean supermarket where my wife shops. Still, I thought they looked pretty awesome, and I enjoyed painting the subtle difference in the whites.
