I like the idea of juxtaposing objects that are related but different.  In this case, a quince pear is very different from Bartlett pears, even though they are both called pears.  The colors, while all yellow, are strikingly different between the three as well.  You can almost imaging the  Bartletts sticking together, deciding what to make of this new arrival.
